The workshop is Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 December. The pre-workshop form goes to your people three weeks before that, so I need these four things by Friday 2 October.
The big one is the challenge list. Your plan is nearly three years old and I have no way of knowing what has landed, what runs every year, and what has quietly stalled. If I hand your group a problem they already solved, it won't land.
